Brief Description
The Tinman starts with the 5K Run/Walk around the beautiful CSUSB campus. Triathletes continue the 9 mile bike ride featuring a challenging grade into Devil's Canyon topped off with 150 yards in the pool and a sprint to the finish line. Relay teams are welcome! Medals 3 deep in each category, plus all finishers will receive medals* Proceeds benefit the many S.B. Sunset Rotary projects from local scholarships, feeding the hungry and homeless to stopping POLIO NOW.

Early Packet Pick-Up
For your convenience there will an early race packet pickup at the race site on Saturday June 29th from 3pm-6pm. at the Registration Center on the campus of CSUSB. Take University of the 215 and go north to North Park Blvd. Turn right and at the second traffic light –Coyote Drive – turn left into the campus parking lots. You will see the big white tents on your left. That is registration. Plenty of free parking in the parking lots of the campus.
DAY OF RACE - REGISTRATION OPENS 5:30a.m.
Registration for all races will start at 5:30a.m. Packet pick-up, t-shirt & goodie bags are all available at Registration Central. Look for the BIG canopy in the parking lot at the top of Coyote Drive.
Kids Triathlon & Tricycle Race
Race-Suggested Ages-Run-Bike-Swim Order (Orange 4-8 yr .75 ml .25 ml 50yd/2 lap) (Purple 6-11 yr 1.25 ml 1.25 ml 100 yd/4 lap) (Green 9-15 yr 1.75 ml 3 ml 150 yd/6 lap) TINY TOTS-Run-Trike-Swim 1 lap (if able) Parents NOT allowed to accompany racers on courses. If child needs assistance in pool, you can help them. Lifeguards on duty, but no personal help is available. Race Sequence is Run, Bike, Swim. Every Participant will get medal, t-shirt & goodie bag.

Fabulous gift bags that were "the talk of the town" at last year's race. *Registrants prior to June 22 are guaranteed a medal and t-shirt, all others are likely, but not guaranteed.
