b.) You are authorized to use this content for legitimate business purposes in relation to the promotion of your event that you registered with racewire.com.
c.) All websites owned and operated by RaceWire LLC are property of RaceWire LLC and may not be used in any commercial manner without obtaining written consent from RaceWire LLC.
2.) Use of RaceWire LLC’s Website’s
a.) By using any of the websites of RaceWire LLC, you agree to only use these websites for lawful purposes.
b.) You understand the following: (1) that you and not RaceWire LLC are responsible for the legality of all material, including, but not limited to information and content submitted by you. By uploading any content onto any of the websites of RaceWire LLC, you consent that the information is in the public domain and that you have the right to communicate it on our web sites and have individuals visiting our website view this information. RaceWire LLC also has the right to modify and use this information in whatever way it sees fit.

5.) Jurisdiction
1.) The owners of RaceWire LLC are based in the state of Massachusetts. RaceWire LLC makes no recommendation for the use of our website’s, products, or services outside of Massachusetts; in any such use the user will be responsible for complying with all relevant local laws.
6.) Photo’s and Video
a.) RaceWire LLC owns any photos and videos taken at the race and can reproduce photo’s and video’s in any form or medium.
7.) Miscellaneous
a.) RaceWire LLC reserves the right to alter theses Terms of Use at any time. If any of the provisions of this Terms of Use is deemed unenforceable by a valid court, the parties agree that the terms should be altered as little as possible while continuing to reflect the intentions of the original Terms and Conditions.
b.) The failure of RaceWire LLC to strictly enforce any of the provisions set forth in this Terms of Use in no way constitutes an annulment of any of the provisions. The terms set forth in this Terms of Use shall not be altered by trade practices.
