About Talbot Memorial 5k 2025
Bruce and Lynda Talbot had been lifelong residents of Danvers; attending Danvers High School, creating lasting relationships, and raising a family within the community. In August 2010, Lynda passed away after a challenging 23-year battle with breast cancer. We were deeply saddened by the loss of Bruce in 2022, after his incredibly courageous fight against lung cancer. To honor their memory and contribute to the ongoing fight against cancer, their loved ones have established this memorial 5k. They hope you will join them for this meaningful event, standing together against the impact of cancer.
Proceeds will go towards The Talbot Memorial Fund, which provides financial support to local families battling cancer and scholarships to Danvers High School students
