About Run Baby Run 5K
CCI Health & Wellness Services is a community health center and trusted provider of affordable, quality healthcare with 14 locations in Maryland’s Montgomery and Prince George’s counties.
CCI Health & Wellness Services provides care to over 63,000 low-income, minority, and immigrant community members each year through comprehensive services including primary care, prenatal care, dental, behavioral health, and the Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children (WIC). In Prince George’s County, 1 in 4 women receive inadequate prenatal care. 11.4% of women receive late or no prenatal care and 10.8% of babies are born pre-term. CCI Health & Wellness Services is working to change that.
Fundraising for the Run Baby Run 5k will help support the mission of CCI Health & Wellness Services, specifically to raise funds to be able to provide affordable prenatal care to those in our community who need it the most.
