I've been on the board for BEST Kids for a few years now and think that it's a phenomenal organization that is having a direct impact on the DC community through supporting kids in the foster care system. I've met many of the mentor/mentees and can see first hand the impact that we're having on people's lives. This event is a great way to celebrate our successes and raise awareness of the organization in order to expand our reach.
