About the walk/run
We need you to get out and walk or run for us!!

Due to COVID-19 our regular fundraisers have been cancelled or postponed. Even though our shelter is closed to visitors, we continue to serve the community.


What is a virtual dog walk? This means that while we can't walk together, we can still walk/run separately at home with the intention of walking in honor of the shelter!

Our Mission Statement:
We seek to provide a safe, welcoming facility for stray, lost, or unwanted dogs, and to make their lives healthy and happy as we find them a forever home.

Are you walking your dog or running with your four legged friend during this stressful time? How about asking your friends and family to sponsor you in a virtual walk to fund raise for the Franklin County Regional Dog Shelter?

Get out, get moving in honor of your local shelter! Please don't forget to practice smart social distancing, walk at least 6 feet apart from any other friends.
