Station Loop Ramble

I, personally or as parent or guardian of a runner under age 18, agree to assume all responsibility for all risk of damage or injury to the runner listed above as a participant in this event. As an entrant in the East Quabbin Land Trust’s Station Loop Ramble, runners on their own behalf and on behalf of their heirs, personal administrators, and assigns, release and discharge all organizations and individuals associated with the race from all claims, damages, rights of action, present or future, whether the same be known, anticipated, or unanticipated, resulting from or arising out of, or in incident to participation in this event. The runner hereby certifies that s/he will not participate in the run unless s/he is physically fit and sufficiently trained for completion of the event. The runner also gives permission for the use of her/his name and/or picture in any broadcast, photograph, or other account of this event.
