About Virtual EG Hill & Harbour Turkey Trot 11/21-11/29
The East Greenwich Hill & Harbour Turkey Trot, presented by the Main Street Association of East Greenwich, has been a fully sanctioned and certified 5K race held in East Greenwich, Rhode Island. This race traditionally is held the Saturday after Thanksgiving and highlights much of the beauty of East Greenwich, which includes Main Street, the waterfront and the hill district. This year this race will be virtual and can take place anywhere in the USA. All the proceeds will benefit the Thompson Family. Olin Thompson (O3) is a devoted husband and father of 3 young boys who has dedicated his life to public service. Olin was diagnosed with ALS (Lou Gehrig’s Disease) almost 2 years ago. We would like to help the Thompsons by lessening the financial burden of this unfathomable reality.
