NAC WAIVER In consideration of my desire to participate in the 5K road race sponsored by the Norfolk Advocates For Children, Inc. on April 30, 2023 (the “road race”) and after registration, being given the right to participate in the road race, I hereby for myself, my heirs, assigns, executors, administrators or personal representatives (hereinafter collectively, “Releasor”, “I” or “me” which terms shall also include Releasor’s parents or guardians if Releasor is under 18 years of age) knowingly and voluntary waive any and all claims, demands, liabilities, causes of action of any kind and suits arising out of my participation in the road race and I hereby release and forever discharge Norfolk Advocates For Children, Inc., its affiliates, employees, agents, directors, officers, representatives and volunteers and all persons and entities acting by, through, under or in concert with any of them and each of them (collectively “Releasee”) from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, causes of action of any kind and suits.
