2) Spirit winner: Awarded a $500 grant to their eligible non-profit of choice.Colorful, crazy, trendy or fun, there are endless possibilities for this competition. The most spirited IBMer with the highest number of twitter likes, twitter retweets, and slacks in our channel (#IBMECCC5KRun) will win the prize.
3) The IBM site location with the most participation in ECCC will receive a $5,000 donation to a charity of their choice

-IBM ECCC 5K Walk/Run: 2:00-4pm @North Castle green in front of the lobby. Race officially starts @2pm

The IBM ECCC 5K Walk/Run 2019 (”Event”) is an activity available for International Business Machines Corporation (“IBM”) employees in Armonk, NY. I do hereby: 1) waive, release, and discharge IBM and together with all of their legal representatives, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, representatives, successors and assigns (the "Released Parties") for any and all loss or damage, and any and all claims that may now exist or arise in the future on account of any and all illnesses and injuries (including, but not limited to, death) which relate to Event, including, but not limited to, those resulting from the negligence of one or more of the Released Parties;
2) agree not to make a claim against, sue, attach the property of, or prosecute one or more of the Released Parties for any loss or damage or any claim relating to the Event, including, but not limited to, those resulting from the negligence of one or more of the Released Parties;
3) assume full responsibility for the risk to me of illness, injury and possible death due to the actions or inactions of the Released Parties or others while participating in the Event;
4) represent that I am an IBM employee or an IBM intern and that I am physically fit to participate in the Event; and
5) I expressly agree that this Waiver and General Release Form is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by law and that if any portion of this Waiver and General Release Form is held invalid or unenforceable, it is agreed that the balance of this Waiver and General Release Forms hall, notwithstanding, continue in full legal force and effect.
Consent to Use Your Personal Data:
1) IBM, its affiliates, and contractors of either, may, wherever they do business, store and otherwise process your name, email address and T-shirt size , and your image (your PII). Your name, email address and T-shirt size are processed for the purposes of running the Event and communicating with you about the Event and will also be stored on the racewire.com. Your name, email address and T-shirt size will be deleted from IBM servers and from the racewire.com application at a reasonable time after the end of the Event. Your image may be used in post-Event posting.
2) The IBM Privacy Policies provide additional details. By accepting this Waiver and General Release Form, you are giving IBM Your consent to collect, access, store and use your PII, all in accordance with this Waiver and General Release Form.
3) You may withdraw your consent at any time by notifying IBM by emailing Santa Alba at alba@us.ibm.com or Dave Hoffman hoffmann@us.ibm.com .
I HAVE CAREFULLY READ THIS WAIVER AND GENERAL RELEASE FORM, FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS CONTENTS, AND VOLUNTARILY AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND AGREE FOR IBM USE OF MY PII AS DESCRIBED ABOVE.
