Virtual Race Details
This year's race is "virtual" but will still be lots of fun!!
-- Register online as normal
-- Runners - Run 5K, 10K or 1M anytime from October 10-18 and email your time to us (needhamtrackclub@gmail.com) - Children can also send 200 & 400 times. We will tabulate results.
-- Non-competitive entrants - You can complete your fun run or walk, prostate walk, 100 meter (age 4-5) or 26.2 meters (age 0-3) but don't have to submit time
-- We will have a ZOOM call after the race to announce winners
-- Results published on website and go into official record book.
-- (while supplies last) Everyone gets T-shirt (previous year), medal, runner number, race program, and (children) a teddy bear
-- Participation counts in the Needham Bank 5K Grand Prix!!

I assume all risks associated with participating in this event including, but not limited to falls, contact with other participants or spectators, the effects of weather, traffic and conditions of the road, health problems, including viruses, all such risks being known and appreciated by me. I, for myself and anyone entitled to act on my behalf, waive and release the Needham Track Club, the Town of Needham, USATF, USATF-NE, all sponsors, their representatives and successors for all claims or liabilities of any kind arising out of my participation in this event, including my running and walking.
