In consideration of your accepting my registration, or my child's registration, I hereby for myself, my heirs, executors and administrators, waive and release any and all rights and claim for damages I, or my child, may give against: the Town of Winchester, its officers and employees, The Winchester Town Day Committee, the Winchester Highlanders Running Club, Winchester Foundation for Educational Excellence, all persons involved with the event, and any and all volunteers, for any and all injuries suffered by myself or my child at this activity. I acknowledge that this activity has some risk of physical injury, which I am willing to assume. I consider myself, or my child, to be appropriate physical condition to participate in this activity. I will abide by any race officials direction or instruction regarding my ability to safely compete in this event. I further understand that all fees are non-transferable and non-refundable. SecureFee™ Registration Cancellation Insurance is offered in most states. If purchased, your registration may be covered for one of the covered reasons stated in the policy.
