About this Event:
Please join us at our 3rd Annual 'Don’t Lose Hope: 5k Run/Walk for Suicide Awareness'!

It is the year 2023; the world can be a scary and uncertain place for many. Nearly one in five U.S. adults live with a mental illness. In the last year, almost 5% of adults reported having serious thoughts of suicide and approximately 15% of youth have experienced a major depressive episode.

Suicide numbers are increasing! Today, it is more common than not that we have all lost someone to suicide or at least know someone who has. We need more conversations, we need more check-ins with our loved ones, but most of all we need to be kind.

Help us break the stigma attached to mental health by showing your support on Sunday, October 15th! You can run, jog, walk, crawl…you could do all four! Your presence is what is appreciated most!

Registration will begin at 7:30 am and the official race start time will be 8:30 am. Upon your arrival on race day, please be sure to check in as well as get your honor beads (see below for honor beads description).

**PS. If you didn't get to register in time, we will be accepting same-day registrations!**
