Running with the Saints 5k

I acknowledge that running a road race is a potentially hazardous activity and that I should not enter and run unless I am medically able and properly trained. I agree to abide by any decision of a race official relative to my ability to safely complete the run. I assume all risks associated with running in this event, including, but not limited to, falls, contact with other participants, the effects of weather, including high heat and/or humidity, traffic and the conditions of the road; I know and appreciate such risks. I voluntarily and without reservation and on behalf of myself and my family hereby indemnify, defend and save harmless All Saints Catholic School (hereafter called SCHOOL), to include but not limited to, the Diocese of Arlington, The Most Reverend Michael F. Burbidge and his successors in Office, their officers, employees, and volunteers, from any and all liability, loss damages, costs or expenses which are sustained, incurred, or required arising out of the Running with the Saints 5K in the course of the event, or from any photo/image, voice or video published during the event. The SCHOOL is not furnishing and is not responsible for and assumes no liability in connection with the following: · Participation in the Running with the Saints 5K · Guarantee or assure safety of participants · Elimination of all risks from the environment · Assumption of liability or responsibility for the actions of persons who are not volunteers or employee of the SCHOOL. Further, I grant permission to all the foregoing to use any photographs, motion pictures, recording, or any other record of this event for legitimate purposes. I give consent to use my name and/or likeness for publicity and promotional purposes without obligation or liability to me. I also understand that my entry fee, once paid, is non-refundable.
