PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE SIGNING By signing below, I acknowledge that: Voluntary Participation: I am voluntarily participating in this 5K event and understand the risks involved in running or walking in an outdoor public event. Health Acknowledgment: I am physically able to participate and have not been advised otherwise by a medical professional. Assumption of Risk: I understand that participating in the 5K may involve risks including, but not limited to, physical injury, falls, weather-related conditions, or contact with other participants or wildlife. Release of Liability: I release and hold harmless the event organizers, volunteers, Sharon High School, Borderland State Park, and any affiliated parties from any and all liability for injuries, damages, losses, or claims arising from participation in this event. Medical Treatment: In the event of injury, I consent to receive basic medical care and emergency treatment if necessary. Media Release (Optional): I grant permission for photos or videos taken of me at this event to be used for promotional purposes.
