Being of full age and in consideration of my/my child's participation in this program, I do hereby release and forever discharge the Town of Glastonbury, Quality Name Plate, Inc. and their agents and employees, as well as any other association connected with this event, their representatives, successors, and assignees, from all claims arising out of any and all personal injuries, damages, expenses and any loss or damage whatsoever resulting or which may result from my/my child's participation in the Santa’s 3.5 Mile Run. I also certify that I am physically fit and sufficiently trained for competition in this event. WAIVER MUST BE SIGNED. PARENT/GUARDIAN MUST SIGN IF RUNNER IS UNDER 18 SecureFee™ Registration Cancellation Insurance is offered in most states. If purchased, your registration may be covered for one of the covered reasons stated in the policy.
