FC4U Spooky 5K Fun Run

1. Assumption of Risk I understand that participation in the FC4U Spooky 5K Fun Run, is a potentially hazardous activity and that I should not enter and participate unless I am medically able and properly trained. I acknowledge and agree to assume all risks associated with this Event, including but not limited to falls, contact with other participants, the effects of the weather (including high heat and/or humidity), traffic and the conditions of the road, and any other dangers that may be inherent in such an event. All such risks are known and appreciated by me. 2. Release of Liability I, for myself and anyone entitled to act on my behalf, waive and release from any and all claims, liabilities, or causes of action of any kind whatsoever arising from my participation in this Event, the following persons and entities: the FC4U Spooky 5K Fun Run organizing committee, FC4U Spooky 5K Fun Run, sponsors, volunteers, and all their respective agents, employees, and representatives. This release includes any claims, whether known or unknown, for personal injury, death, or property damage that may occur as a result of my participation, even if the injury or damage is caused by the negligence of any of the above parties. 3. Medical Consent I grant permission to the Event organizers and their agents to administer or seek medical treatment for me, if necessary, and I agree to be responsible for all costs associated with such treatment. 4. Media Release I grant full permission to the Event organizers and their partners to use any photographs, video recordings, or other records of the Event that may include my image for any legitimate purpose, including but not limited to promotional materials and advertisements, without any compensation to me. 5. Compliance with Rules I agree to abide by all the rules of the Event and all instructions of the Event staff and volunteers. SecureFee™ Registration Cancellation Insurance is offered in most states.
