We invite you to participate in our family-friendly 5K Run/Walk Event aimed at raising awareness for Parkinson's disease, dystonia, and other movement disorders. This event is more than just a race; it is a powerful opportunity for our community to come together and advocate for health and wellness. Whether you choose to run or walk, your participation will make a significant impact on the lives of those affected by movement disorders.

Indulge in mouthwatering sandwiches and cookies, generously provided by Katella Deli in Los Alamitos. Plus, you'll have the chance to win amazing raffle prizes! Our route is designed with accessibility in mind, making it easy for everyone, including children and seniors, to join in. The spacious path around the park is free of crosswalks and streets, ensuring a safe experience for all.

By registering for the 2025 NSTA & PMDF Move4U 5K Walk/Run Fundraiser scheduled for Saturday, April 26, 2025 at Mile Square Park, Fountain Valley, CA 92708, the people named in the registration hereby waive any and all claims against NSTA and PMDF, event sponsors, personnel, and all other persons, firms, corporations and/ or entities or anyone associated with this event, their respective or successors, for any injury or claims for damages that I may suffer from participation in this event. Registered participants grant full permission for organizers to use photographs, videotapes, recordings or any other recording for this event.
