How does it work? We have 4 Registration Options Available, so whether you like to drink AND run, run then drink, just run, or just drink - we have an option for you!
Cooler 5K Competitive - Run the race with no beer stops trying for the best time, then enjoying yourself in the Beer Garden while the other racers finish up.
Cooler 5K Beer Runner- Take in the full experience of a Beer run. Stop at each of the 4 beer station along the 5K then kickback and enjoy live music while hanging around in the beer garden.
Cooler 5K Spectator- Don't want to run, but want to grab a beer after the race? This is your category!
Cooler 5K Designated Driver- No beer for you, but your buddies owe you one! This category gets you 5K and live music, also no headache the next day.
Pint Size Dash- Keep the kids entertained while you are relaxing after your race. 12 and under can get their own race on in the Pint Size Dash. Kids will run a 200m race. All finishers will receive a cup and ice pop!

I understand that this program carries the possibility of physical injury and may involve physical activity that may be
strenuous and there are risks inherent in this recreational activity. I further understand that the Town of Beech Mountain and it’s employees, officers, volunteers and sponsors are not liable for any injuries that may result from participating in this recreational program. I also release Woodland Meadows POA Inc, Beech Mountain Resorts Inc., Emerald Mountain Inc., and Emerald Opportunities Inc. from any liability pursuit to this activity. The Town of Beech Mountain recommends that
participants secure adequate medical insurance to cover any injuries that may arise from participation in the Town of Beech Mountain recreational programs. I agree that photos taken of me during this event may be used by the Town of Beech Mountain. This event will occur rain or shine and is non-refundable. SecureFee™ Registration Cancellation Insurance is offered in most states. If purchased, your registration may be covered for one of the covered reasons stated in the policy.
